Is an ERP only for large companies?
No. Odoo is modular: you can start with one or two apps (sales, point of sale, inventory…) and add the rest as your business grows. Retailers, hotels and restaurants are among our clients.
Odoo Community or Odoo Enterprise: which one should I choose?
Community is the license-free, open-source edition that covers the essential apps. Enterprise is a per-user subscription that adds full accounting, Studio, the mobile app and vendor support. We work with both and help you choose based on your business and your budget.
Can we migrate without losing our data?
Yes. We audit your current system, map your data, run trial migrations validated by your users, then organize a controlled cutover. We have already migrated teams of up to 200 users between Odoo and NetSuite.
Will our teams be trained?
Training is built into every project: programs for key users, administrators and end users, on-site or online, using your own data. More than 200 key users have already been trained.
What happens after go-live?
We stay by your side with a support and maintenance contract sized to your business: user assistance, fixes, enhancements and continuous improvement.
How much does an Odoo project cost?
The budget depends on the number of users, the modules selected, the edition (Community or Enterprise) and any custom development. After a free 30-minute call, we send you a detailed, no-obligation quote.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
For an SME, plan on 2 to 3 months from scoping to go-live. Multi-site projects or projects with significant custom development take longer, and a precise schedule is set during scoping.
